Southern Foodservice Management is pleased to present our catering menu. We offer a delicious array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the needs of your employees, customers and guests.

We can cater to you and your organization for events as simple as coffee breaks and as elegant as served receptions, luncheons and dinners.  This catering menu is designed to be used as a guide for planning of events.

Although our menu describes a variety of items, you are not limited to what is listed.  Our Catering Director will work with you and your organization to tailor and personalize any event to your needs.   Remember that we provide a variety of catered services such as birthdays, retirements, receptions, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.

 

 Safety Issues

NREL requires that all events that use heat for the chaffing dishes to have a "Fire Safety Checklist."  The permits must be applied for by the person ordering the catering, not Southern. 

 

 

 

 

Ordering Information

Whatever your occasion, our wide variety of selections will fit all your needs.  Contact our Catering Director to help create your perfect event!    All orders are placed directly through I-café online.

THIS IS A NEW POLICY THAT ALL ORDERS MUST BE PUT INTO I-CAFE. UNLESS YOU WORK IT OUT WITH DIRECTOR AND HAVE AN EMAIL FROM HIM STATING THE EVENT IS APPROVED AND DOESNT NEED TO GO INTO ICAFE.

We ask that catering requests be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your event.  THIS 48 HOURS IS WEEKDAY. SO FOR A MONDAY ORDER, YOU MUST SUBMIT BY WEDNESDAY. FOR TUESDAY DELIVERY, YOU MUST ORDER BY THURSDAY. This will allow us to plan for and provide the best quality of service.   Beverage service orders should also be placed at least 48 hours in advance.  An additional charge of  25% may be applied if orders are received after 2 PM for next day delivery or service.

*Please note, special requests/special events that are customized aside from this catering menu may require additional advance notice and may not be changed after 7 business days before the event.

Special Occasions

Having an all day meeting?    A special occasion?    Need help planning your Food and Beverage function and other services?    Contact our Catering Director and we can help plan your event! Don’t see what you are looking for?  Contact our Catering Director and they can have our Chef develop a special menu that fits your needs.

Delivery

Our Catering Attendants will deliver, unpack and set-up your order at the requested location. 

Service outside the hours of operation may be subject to an additional service charge.   Deliveries outside our delivery area are subject to an additional delivery charge, determined when you place your order.  A minimum $25.00 purchased is needed for free delivery.   A charge will be applied to all orders less than $25.00 to complete the difference of the minimum order requirement.

Payment

We gladly accept all credit cards and upon approval can invoice your department.  Please contact our Catering Director to discuss.

Prices are subject to change.  Some menu items have a minimum quantity associated with them.

Additional Service

Looking for an attendant to service your function all day?    Speak to our Catering Director to arrange for an additional service attendant.

Waitstaff can be provided at a cost of $26.00 per hour, with a minimum two hour charge. Plan on each server to maintain 15 customers to insure proper service levels for plated events.

Cancellations

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event on short notice.  Complete cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not incur  charges.   Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and those less than 24 hours of the event will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the event. Cancellations require the approval of Southern Foodservice staff.
